1. How can I install plugin?

Just click on the Download button on the right side and folow easy 2-click procedure:
1. Save file on you computer
2. Run the installation file you saved and wait for Setup to finish

After that, all you have to do is to start or restart your browser and come visit our store again.

2. What actions I can perform on animation?

There are few things that you can do while watching the animation - zoom, pan and rotate. Using your mouse scroll, you can easily pan the scene. By holding your left mouse button, you can rotate the scene and while holding your right mouse button you can easily zoom-in and zoom-out.

3. Which browsers are supported?

We are continually working on improving our plugin browser support. All newer versions of the major browsers are currently supported (IE7+, Firefox 7+, Chrome 14+, Opera 11+).

4. Can I install it one some other platforms except Windows?

We are sorry, but Windows is the only operating system currently supported. We are working as fast as we can to develop a Mac OS X version as soon as possible.

5. I have installed the plugin but it's still not showing animation?

Please try to restart your browser and see if that helps. If it does not, please try some other browser. If you have installed a new browser after installing the plugin, you need to reinstall the plugin in order to make it work.

6. My browser keeps crashing :(

Please try to clear your browsers cache or to reinstall the plugin. If you still have a problem, please contact our support.

7. My Internet Explorer says this plugin can harm my computer?

Since version 8, Microsoft is forcing pretty high security settings in Internet Explorer. Our plugin cannot harm your computer so you should try with lowering your browser security settings. Also, it is known that on some occasions you need to set a medium or low security setting in Internet Explorer in order to make our plugin work correctly.
